We stand behind the quality of our products and want you to be happy with your purchase. In the unlikely event that you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us at [email protected] within 14 days of receiving your order to request a Return Authorization (RMA).
Unused and unopened products in new condition may be returned within 14 days of delivery with prior authorization. Refunds will be issued after the returned merchandise has been received and inspected.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error or a defective product. Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted. Requests made more than 14 days after delivery may not be eligible for return or replacement.
Due to the nature of these products, all sales are final on:
• Digital products, including virtual classes
• Kits of the Month
La-La Land Crafts reserves the right to refuse returns or exchanges that do not meet the above conditions.
