PLEASE NOTE:
Basic craft tool kit is required (scissors, paper cutter, liquid and dry adhesives, double sided tape, foam tape, etc.)
A full supply list will be provided prior to the event.
EVENT SCHEDULE:
Thursday - 6 pm to 8 pm - Meet and Greet
Friday - 9 am to 8 pm
Saturday - 9 am to 8 pm
Sunday - 9 am to 8 pm
COST:
$485 (full payment)
*a deposit of $185.00 will secure your spot. Please note - due to the requirements and contract from the hotel,
this deposit is NON-REFUNDABLE.
*remaining balance can be paid in 3 easy installments at the beginning of each month following your deposit (reminder will be posted in the private Facebook group).
*final payment is due by December 15th, 2024.
*the cost of the event excludes hotel, lunches and any other travel expenses.

CANCELLATIONS:
First $185 is not refundable.
Cancellations made on or before November 1st will receive a refund of the remainder after the first $185.
No refunds after November 2nd, but you can transfer your seat to another person if needed. Please contact us for assistance.
