PLEASE NOTE:
Basic craft tool kit is required (scissors, paper cutter, liquid and dry adhesives, double sided tape, foam tape, etc.)
A full supply list will be provided to attendees prior to the event.
EVENT SCHEDULE:
January 29th - February 1st, 2026
Thursday - 6 pm to 8 pm - Meet and Greet
Friday - 9 am to 8 pm
Saturday - 9 am to 8 pm
Sunday - 9 am to 6 pm
COST:
$499 (full payment)
*a deposit of $199.00 will secure your spot. Please note, this deposit is NON-REFUNDABLE.
*remaining balance can be paid in three $100 installments at the beginning of each month following your deposit (reminder will be posted in the private Facebook group).
*final payment is due by December 10th
*the cost of the in-person event excludes hotel, lunches and any other travel expenses

CANCELLATIONS:
First $199 is not refundable.
Cancellations made on or before October 1st will receive a refund of the remainder after the first $185.
No refunds after October 2nd, but you can transfer your seat to another person if needed. Please contact us for assistance.

Event spaces are limited and on a first come first served basis.
TERMS OF USE:
Sharing of coloring and project tutorials is not allowed. Teaching classes using class tutorials is prohibited. Selling projects made with event tutorials is not allowed. Our other terms apply to the LLLC products used in this event.
