• EXCLUSIVITY •
All products included in the KOTM are NOT available for purchase outside of the kits until six months to one year after the kit release.
• REVEAL •
The Kit of the Month contents are revealed on the 5th of each month via Facebook Live on the La-La Land Crafts Facebook Page, click HERE.
• CLUB SUBSCRIPTION PLAN and TERM •
Monthly subscription plan is required. Minimum subscription term is three months.
• CLUB SUBSCRIPTION BILLING CYCLE •
After your initial subscription payment for your first KOTM, thereafter you will be charged on the 28th of each month starting with your second kit.
• SHIPPING •
Kits are shipped between 5th and 15th of each month via First Class Mail.
IMPORTANT! We are NOT responsible for lost or stolen packages and there will be no refunds on the kits that are not received.
IMPORTANT! We are NOT responsible for customs charges that you might be required to pay to your customs office.
• Subscription Updates and Changes •
Please make all updates no later than 30 days of your billing cycle to avoid interruption of your subscription plan.
- If you need to change your billing information, you will need to start a new subscription and CONTACT US to cancel the old one.

• CLUB Cancellations •
Since we order products ahead of time and based on number of subscriptions, cancellations must be made no later than 30 days BEFORE the next billing date. To request cancellation, you can either email to [email protected] or use CONTACT US form on our website.

All Kits sales are final. No returns accepted.
