• EXCLUSIVITY •

La-La Land Crafts products (stamps and dies) included in the Kits are NOT available for purchase outside of the Kits until six months to one year after the Kit release.

• REVEAL •

The Kit of the Month contents are revealed on the 15th of each month via Facebook Live and Youtube videos from our Design Team. Please join our Club Fan Facebook Group HERE.

• CLUB SUBSCRIPTION PLAN and TERM •

Monthly subscription plan is required. Minimum subscription term is two months.

• CLUB SUBSCRIPTION BILLING CYCLE •

After your initial subscription payment for your first Kit, thereafter you will be charged on the 15th of the month starting with your second Kit. If you subscribe on or before last day of the month, your subscription will start on the same month. If you subscribe after the last day of the month, your subscription will start on the following month.

• SHIPPING •

Kits are shipped between 18th and 28th of each month via First Class Mail.

IMPORTANT! We are NOT responsible for lost or stolen packages and there will be no refunds on the kits that are not received.

IMPORTANT! We are NOT responsible for customs charges that you might be required to pay to your customs office.

• PAST CLUB KITS •

Past Kits are available for purchase starting with the second month of your Club subscription. One past kit per one month of subscription (based on availability).

• CLUB Upgrades and Changes •

Please make all changes no later than 15 days of your billing cycle to avoid interruption of your subscription plan.
- If you need to change the subscription plan, you will need to start a new subscription and CONTACT US to cancel the old one.
- If you need to change your billing information, you will need to start a new subscription and CONTACT US to cancel the old one.

- If you need to change your address, please CONTACT US (changing the address on your account, will NOT update the address on your Club Subscription).

• CLUB Cancellations •

Since we order products ahead of time and based on number of subscriptions, cancellations must be made no later than 30 days BEFORE the next billing date.

• Returns •

All Kits sales are final. No returns accepted.
