Every month you will receive a link to download pdf documents with the step-by-step project instructions to make projects designed for you by our Club La-La Land Crafts Design Team!

• EXCLUSIVITY •

La-La Land Crafts products (stamps and dies) included in the Club Kits are NOT available for purchase outside of the Club until six months to one year after the Kit release.

• SUBSCRIPTION PLAN •

Monthly subscription plan is required.

• REVEAL •

The Kit of the Month contents are revealed on the 15th of each month via Facebook Live and Youtube videos from our Design Team. Please join our Club Fan Facebook Group HERE.

• BILLING CYCLE •

After your initial subscription payment for your first Kit, thereafter you will be charged on the 15th of the month starting with your second Kit. If you subscribe on or before the 19th, your subscription will start on the same month. If you subscribe after the 19th, your subscription will start on the following month.

• SHIPPING •

All Club Kits are shipped between 18th and 28th of each month via First Class Mail.

IMPORTANT! We are NOT responsible for lost or stolen packages and there will be no refunds on the kits that are not received.

IMPORTANT! We are NOT responsible for customs charges that you might be required to pay to your customs office.

• PAST KITS •

Past Kits are available for purchase starting with the second month of your Club subscription. One past kit per one month of subscription (based on availability). Click HERE to see available past kits. Please CONTACT US with your requests.

• Upgrades and Changes •

Please make all changes no later than 15 days of your billing cycle to avoid interruption of your subscription plan. If you need to change the subscription plan, you will need to start a new subscription and cancel the previous one.

• Returns •

All Club Kits sales are final. No returns accepted.

• Cancellations •

While there is no term to our Club, cancellations must be made no later than 15 days before the next billing date.

1. login into your account and click on "My Account" tab

2. scroll down to "Recurring Payments"

3. click on "View Details" next to the order number that starts with R_LLLC

- for subscriptions started before March 1st, 2018 - please use Contact Us form to submit your cancellation request.
