• EXCLUSIVITY •
La-La Land Crafts products (stamps and dies) included in the Club Kits are NOT available for purchase outside of the Club until six months to one year after the Kit release.
• SUBSCRIPTION PLAN •
Monthly subscription plan is required.
The Kit of the Month contents are revealed on the 15th of each month via Facebook Live and Youtube videos from our Design Team. Please join our Club Fan Facebook Group

• BILLING CYCLE •
After your initial subscription payment for your first Kit, thereafter you will be charged on the 15th of the month starting with your second Kit. If you subscribe on or before last day of the month, your subscription will start on the same month. If you subscribe after the last day of the month, your subscription will start on the following month.
• SHIPPING •
All Club Kits are shipped between 18th and 28th of each month via First Class Mail.
IMPORTANT! We are NOT responsible for lost or stolen packages and there will be no refunds on the kits that are not received.
IMPORTANT! We are NOT responsible for customs charges that you might be required to pay to your customs office.
• PAST KITS •
Past Kits are available for purchase starting with the second month of your Club subscription.

CONTACT US with your requests.
Please make all changes no later than 15 days of your billing cycle to avoid interruption of your subscription plan.
- If you need to change the subscription plan, you will need to start a new subscription and cancel the existing one.
- If you need to change your billing information, please start a new subscription and cancel the existing one.
- If you need to change your address, please CONTACT US (changing the address on your account, does NOT update the address on your subscription).
• Returns •
All Club Kits sales are final. No returns accepted.
• Cancellations •
Since we order products ahead of time based on number of subscriptions, cancellations must be made no later than 30 days before the next billing date.
1. Login to your account and click on "My Account" tab.
2. Scroll down to "Club LLLC Subscription".
3. Click on "View Details" next to the order number starting with R_LLLC.
4. Process your cancellation on the next page .
